Abstraction can be utilized to access deeper dimensions of consciousness that are present in every human being. The process of creation I employ reflects the conceptual aspects embedded within it, which is prevalent in a piece titled Cosmic Storm.
Although the piece is much smaller than the size employed by the abstract expressionist, it reflects some of the same qualities present in their actual work.
My goal with this piece is to redirect the spectator's attention to the randomness and fluctuation that is associated with probability, as well as the irrefutable underlying symmetrical nature of reality. Much like the work of the Modernist, I am asserting that the primordial lust human’s have for progress can impede and inhibit the actual experience of being human.
